see a pulmonary specialists and ask for an angioCT of the lungs! This is a simple ct exray of the lung and will be accurate in searching/ruling out Pulmonary Embolism. Have you had echo's of the heart or any angio to rule out Cardiac thrombus? If not, you need to.
