Right Bundle Branch Blockage

My daughter who was diagnosed with pulmonary sarcoid 5 years ago. At that time her ekg was fine, she just had another ekg and found out she has the right bundle branch blockage. She had been feeling chest pains and like a burning feeling in her chest for some time. At this point she does not know if she got the RBBB as a result of the sarcoid or whatever. I am concerned as Reggie White had a heart attack at a very young age, my daughter is only 38. Anyone have this problem, please share. She will be having several more heart tests such as stress done within the next few weeks.
