Sharp pain from my left chest area

I was wondering whether anyone can help. I have for a week had dull faint pains in my left area of my chest starting underneath the breast and going to the top of my shoulder (the pain almost goes in a straight line ) But the dull pain only happens with certain movements, any help would be appreciated and if you could send them direct to my email
