Potentially, yes, these are symptoms of PPH.

PPH is a condition where the blood pressure in the blood vessels in the lungs is abnormally raised leading to, among other things, an enlarged heart.

PPH is a very serious condition and needs specialist management. Treatments are improving all the time.

It's very important that during the time between diagnosis and treatment decisions that you are closely monitored. If you don't feel that this is happening, and/or if you feel that your symptoms are worsening AT ALL, then you need to go back to your doctor at once.
