Yikes!! How can so many of us be having this same problem? I too have MVP..It feels like an electric shock, worse right before period. Lately I have been having an ache under arm, and under left breast. (a doctor told me it might be my underwire bra-good grief!) I also have terrible boughts of exhaustion after these lovely shock/pinches. I am going for an allium stress test next week, and another echo. I'll let you know if I learn anything. God Bless
