Chest pain or pulled muscle

Has anyone ever pulled a chest muscle and have the pain last for more than 2 months? I've had all kinds of tests done - EKG, echo, stress, even a cardiac cath - everything's ok. I was doing physcial therapy a couple of months ago and that was when the pain started. Any advice would be appreciated
