In someone of you age, a cardiac cause of your chest pain and breathing difficulty is less likely than in someone older...but it's not impossible and it needs to be ruled out.

Anyone must always get chest pain and/or breathing difficulty checked out.

Make an appointment with your doctor...NOW. You'll probably need/get a referral for more detailed tests on your heart.

It's worth it just for peace of mind...and even if there were a problem with your heart, you'll be one your way to diagnosis and treatment which could save your life.
