30 yrs old. I have the same thing, Just calmy driving, whole face, left arm, upper chest severly tinglely, lasted few minutes. Went to ER, said I was fine. Went to heart Dr. he said I had MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse) and palputations, but said that might of caused tingles, but not sure. Been several days, but I'e had tingling in face again for 30 minutes at a time. Any word on what might have caused yours? Thanks for the info.
