Excuse the latness of this reply. Although the symptoms you describe would draw toward a heart murmur or irregular heartbeat (More inforamtion would be needed) At sixteen it is very unlikley it is something serious, (But you have probably figured this out by now, since the reply is pretty late) It is in my opinion anxiety. Very common description of problems with anxiety. Chest pain that gets worse at night or when we worry about it even more. A feeling of unbalance when walking, Not really wanting to get up and face the day. So, IMO no need to worry.
Always take center/left sided chest pain serious, expecially if the pain pulses down the left arm or up the neck. Try to stay calm and have somone drive you to an emergency room or call an ambulance. If you feel this post did not help you in anyway, please contact your local doctor.
