37 yrs. on physically active. workout as often as possible. I was believed to have PVC (skipped heart beat occasionally). Doctor said is was normal and usually not a big deal. Over the past 3 years I have experienced 2-3 week episodes where both sides of my face get tingly and also the back of both arms. When this happens I feel lightheaded and fear passing out. 3 weeks ago through one of my good streaks of health, I was talking to friends bent forward and rested my chest on a post to stretch, then I felt like I was going to drop. It cleared up instantly but I felt light headed on and off. Over the next 2 weeks The facial and arm tingling would start all over every morning after standing up. Also new thing is occasional chest pain and the PVC's (skipped beats have come back. Annoying and scary at the same time. I am not over weight, and 6 months ago I ran a 6 min mile. BP 120/70 pulse 55 resting most of the time.
I know anxiety can do all these things and stress does not help. Reading everyone's posts leads me to believe I am self testing too much but when I get lightheaded........oh well. GOOD LUCK everyone, I am gonna find out what is going on and offer this board some answers instead of so many questions........HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
