I have been experiencing the same sensation in my upper left chest region. My arms, primarily my left seem to be numb but it could just be in my head. I am 21 and have had these feelings for on and off since i was about 17 or so but they seem to be getting worse. I told my previous docter about it and they did some tests at the hospitalbut since i was an active athlete at the time they said i was perfectly healthy, i haven't realy been to the docter for a year at this point. This feeling seems to get worse at night or when i go to the movies (weird). It is hard for me to sleep at night at times and this never used to happen. I wonder if its just in my head or if there is somthing i should tell a docter....if so what would i say.
