hi, its the middle of the night and I am scared. Its happened a few times before- this sensation that my heart is jumping from time to time. I also feel my left arm a little numb. At times I feel like I cant breathe. I dont know what causes all that. I feel anxious and panicky. The heart "jumping" only when I lie either on my right or left side. Not on my back. What is it?
