i am a 27 year old female who with in the last month has developed a numbing sensation in my left arm and left hand.. i have a history of heart problems in my family and have been under an extreme amount of stress.. the weird thing is i only get this numbness when i am lying down to go to sleep.. Anyone know why that could be ?
