I am 25 experiencing almost the same thing. My family is fed up with all the doctors visits I have had. I have had an echo, stress, x-ray, blood tests, ekg and all is well. I pray to God that these things would just go. They do come and go but when the come they do not seem to go for quite awhile. I run twenty + minutes a day on my eliptical and I am not really that inactive, lol. I have taken antacid for it and sometimes it helps, they put me on reflux meds and believe it or not, the reflux got worse, I laid off the medication for awhile and it faded away. Are you stressed? Were you ever a heavy weed smoker? I was, and cigarettes, I think that has alot to do with it, coughing excessively might have done some damage. If you are really concerned I would get looked at, it will atleast calm your nerves about that part, but I understand the frustration, it is hard to find many people that know how we feel. My doctor put me on antidepressants, said it was anxiety, the pills made me worse because the side effects made me paranoid. My advise, pray, lay off the drugs, legal or not and keep excersising and try not to stress. I hope this helps.
