Hi there, your symptoms sound very similar to what my cousin has been experiencing. Do you experience the burn after exercise? If so have you changed your diet ? If this has not given you relief you may want to see a cardiologist. The tests you mentioned might not necessarily be thorough enough. He may want to give you a stress test, echocardiagram etc. Good luck and eat healthy!! Dee
