I too experience this. After easting - particularly large meals - My heart tends to speed up and seems like it loses a bit of efficiency. I have been having PVC's for about 6 months now and was in the emergency room a few days ago because I almost passed out for no apparent reason. They cardiologist did a million EKGs and told me that my cardiovascular system was fine and that I probably had anxiety disorder. They prescribed Zoloft. I'll see how it works out.
