For a couple of months I have had these weird symptoms. I have this sharp pain 2 inchs under my left nipple? It often radiates to my back like someone is sticking a sword through me. I often get Nausea especially in the morning that is relieve by eating but comes back when my stomach is empty?. I notice that my stomach is growling like crazy when I wake up. I know it is digestive but the chest cramps scare me? They come and go come and go. I have also noticed that I am more tired when I play sports lately and that it is harder to catch my breath? It almost feels like something is inflammed in my chest when I exercsise. I will note no sharp pains when I exert myself. I have had EKGs, chest xrays, Stress Tests, and an Endoscopy recently and everything is ok? I am a 26 year old male, active, sports, non-smoker, non-drinker.
I am on Protonix that seems to help a little but I still cannot kick the main symptoms? My father has has heart attacks and has had a quadrouple bypass. I am kind of scared to exercise until im certain that im not going to drop dead? any suggestions?
