chest pain and or sorness from posture?

Hi, from time to time i experience soreness from my breast bone area towards the left in my pectoral region towards my armpit....could this be due to posture? Many times I sit hunched over in front of my computer or in class....by the computer is where I fell agitated the most.....is it anything more serious? Thanks for your time
