You don't give much information. Are you a smoker? Have you ever had a "known" heart problem? Are you diabetic? Have you ever had TB?

This problem may be pleurisy, an inflammation of the lining of your lungs, and not related to your heart. It is not a serious ailment unless prolonged and untreated. Usually hot showers will relieve the pain.

If you are a smoker, quit!

Long hot baths in a tub will do wonders to help your pain.
