As said if you havent been checked out. Also dontk now how old you are but in alot of younger people we have what is called sinus arrythmia which when we breath in the heart speeds up and slows down when we breath out. This is normal in younger people. I am 22 y/o and have this. I also have pretty much day to day constand chest area discomfort for 3 months and am fixing to go back to the doc because it doesnt make sense.

But aynway get checked out.
