I have had those exact same symptoms and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Ask your doctor about it. They haven't ruled out everything, though. Still getting a stress test, more cardios (MRI, MRA and CAT were all clear), as well as allergy, endoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out stomach reflux, esophageal spasm, etc. I also have difficulty breathing. I also get panic attacks. Check all these things out. Has anyone else answered you? I am desperate to get a more complete diagnosis, although I have many doctors working with me to figure out what this is. It has been going on for months. Now, for two weeks straight. IF you pray, there is incredible power in prayer. God bless you, I hope you found out what it was.
