I thought I was the only one feeling like this but after finding this site on the internet I find it hard to believe that so many people suffer the same symptoms. I have felt the same as you for the past 5 years, I am 32yrs and every day I suffer severe chest, neck, arm and back pains. I have had several tests carried (none for my heart) mostly for my stomach and all have proved negative. My work suffers my family life suffers and I feel as though all I do is pester Doctors for an answer, and sit waiting for the pain. Please keep in touch and let me know of any developments.
