Left sided chest pain after eating

Had an EKG, showed ST depressions, also had these on EKG in 1996. Recently started having chest pain on left side about 5 minutes after eating. Belching alot also, all is releived after taking pepcid, doctors want to do a nuclear test next week, what do you guys think. Does this sound like heart related, or heartburn?
