I have had a very similar experience and has been on-going for nearly 6 months....when I streatch, turn particular ways, sneeze, etc.. the pain is in the center of my chest and can shoot to my back and up around my neck...very strange. I am (was) extremely healthy up to 12 months ago...triathlete and rigorous mountain biker...thoughts?
