For the past several weeks I've been experiencing chest discomfort. I am a bit overweight, achey joints,numbness down left arm (achy feeling) and a heavy feeling in the heart area. Stress level is high but somewhat under control I think. I truly do not want to go to the doctor due to FEAR. This pain lasts. Also, I have been experiencing a major sweet tooth which was not a problem before.Any suggestions?
