Sounds like you are having PVC's (preventricular contracions). I've had them before and until you realize they are common in many people they will fighten you into thinking something is very wrong. As you become more alarmed your body will react by perspiring, etc which only convinces you more that you are having a heart attack. Of course, I could be wrong and I hope you have visited a cardiologist to rule out anything else.
