WHy is it at night I will not be able to sleep. If I sleep on my left side my chest hurts like there is too much pressure on my heart. If I switch to my right it still hurts but not as bad, and on my back it is less painful. I am a YO male that is 10 pounds overwieght. I have been battling this for two years. Some nights a re a lot worse than others. SOme nights (like tonight) the pain is severe and radiates to my left arm and through to my back on the upper left side. Could this ber GERD? I have had ecg's out the ying yang and have been to the ER or six times. THey always say tests were normal. My doc has done blood tests, x-rays, and no problems. Do I need a stress test? Am I a nutt who needs medication?
