I am 26 years old. i was diagnosed with rbbb as well. I get frequent chest pains but my doctor doesn't seem concerned. i was on atenelol for a time but i am no longer taking anything for this condition. There isn't much information available besides definitions in medical books and websites. if you discover anything new about the condition, I'd be interested...Jill
