I am 53 years old and overweight. I have a very stressful life with a child who has bi-polar, anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. Since a horrible incident with him last week I have been experiencing left side chest pain. The pain is dull and achy and does not keep me awake. It is not severe pain, but worrisome to me. Can stress cause this pain? Could it be muscle related and not heart related. I have no arm pain, no nausea, or other symptoms.
