I am 26 female and everything you described in your article I have also been suffering with. I can't remember when it first started, but my symptoms are the same. I have not been to the doctor as it so irregular and I don't know when it will come on. When it does it is hard to take a deep breathe but only lasts a few seconds but makes me panic. I would like to find out more about this, please email me if you have any suggestions.
