I had a heart attack 6 months ago with burning in the chest which i thought was heart burn and also my left arm hurt and tingled down to the fingers.Before my attack the pain in my arm was from the shoulder to my elbow. Now i still have the pains in my left arm, like a burning pain. I also get these sharp pains on top of my left breast. I am a smoker so I dont know if this is heart related or lung related. My arm hurts just about all the time and the chest pains come and go. Does this sound like my heart or my lung?? Please help, I cant go back to the doc, i have no insurance....thank you so much
