Chest pain , right side

I continue to have pain in my left chest area. The pain goes through to my shoulder blade. This seems to hurt more when I raise my right arm. It does not feel like a mussel. I've had a stress test and a-rays, mri. Nothing shows up. I know something is wrong but I don't know what to do next. Can someone help ??
