PLEASE DON'T WORRY! EASY SAID . . BUT I HAVE ALSO SUFFERED SIMILAR TO YOU FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND THERE IS ONE THING WHICH I HAVE NOTICED. IF I REALLY REALLY TRY TO RELAX, THE PAIN STAYS AWAY. STRESS IS A TERRIBLE SYMPTOM OF MANY A FEARFUL DISEASE. I USE A YOGA 'MOVEMENT' AND IT WORKS. TRY THIS! STAND UP-RIGHT. LOOK AT THE PALM OF YOUR RIGHT HAND AND STRETCH IT OUT IN FRONT PUTTING THE OTHER ARM DIRECTLY BEHIND YOU - BOTH ARMS BEING STRAIGHT - AS IF A MARCHING POSE. THEN STILL LOOKING AT YOUR RIGHT PALM, WINDMILL IT OVER BACKWARDS WITH THE OTHER ARM GOING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. OPPOSITE NOW, LOOK AT THE LEFT PALM AND WATCH EACH OF YOUR HANDS (PALMS) ALTERNATIVLEY. FIRST RIGHT, THEN TURN YOUR HEAD TO YOUR LEFT HAND, AND SLOWLY DO THIS FOR A FEW SECONDS. I KID YOU NOT, THIS IS A GREAT BREATHING EXERCISE TOO - BREATHING IN AS YOUR RIGHT HAND WINDMILLS BACK THEN BREATHING OUT AS YOUR LEFT HAND GOES BACK. GOOD LUCK!
