Dull Chest Pain when I sneeze or stretch a certain way....

For the past few months (I'd say about 3-4 months), I have been experiencing a dull chest pain when I sneeze. It's located I would say behind/below my right breast, and I can feel it all the way through to my back. I can also feel it when I strecth a certain way. I work out vigorously each morning, and experience no pain at all then. I changed birth control pills about 3-4 months ago (from Othro-Tricyclen to Sprintec). And on an unrelated note, I have gained a lot of weight recently....I now weigh more than I ever have (172 lbs at 5'2"). That's all I can think of that has changed in my body composition and intake lately. Anyone know what this pain might be attributable to?
