chest pain around my heart

ok im 16yrs and for about 4 days ive been having chest pains on my left side near my heart. i went to the doctor after 3 days of this pain. i told him that it hurts when i take deep breaths, lay down, move, turn, and laugh. he x-rayed my chest and my heart looked a little bigger than normal, so he had an EKG done, that test came back normal. in about a week i have to go get an ultra sound of my heart. the pain is still there, im wondering what could be wrong??
