I have been getting occasional rapid heartbeat for over 40 years. Does that relieve your anxiety? if not maybe this will help. I have had a complete heart exam and the Doc said my heart was perfect. I am 57 and running great. My Dad gets it occasionally too, he is 82. ;0}
