right side chest pain

I have been having chest pains on the right side as well as pain right in the middle where the rib cage joins together. The pain also extends through to my back in the area of the right shoulder blade. It does seem to come and go but never leaves completely. Does anyone have any idea what all of these symptoms could be? I am thinking maybe it is stomach related.

Please, it is very important i need a reply regardless of the cost
