I have those pains to and i'm fixing to see a doctor. It happens to me in the middle of the blue also. I am only 17. When i take a deep breath or yawn while its happening it seems that it spreads through my ribs and the feeling get unbarable. So, i have to take little breaths and then it will tend to fade away. Is this what your experiencing too?
