i have chest pains like that too. But mine seem higher in the left side of my chest. When i take deep breaths or yawn it intensify's and seems to spreed through out my ribs. I have to take little breaths for 3-5 minutes for it to go away it happens like twice a day and is really scaring me, i'm only 17. I'm fiamiliar w/ the feeling though cause about twice a year it happened.. now it's all the time.
