Hello, I'm a 26 year old guy in solid shape but I just recently started experiencing a kind of pressure on the center of my chest. I felt it a bit in the evenings a few times last week but yesterday and today it is constant. It is not sharp pain but rather like someone is stepping on my chest and it also feels like my heart is beating heavily almost. I have no health insurance right now so if anyone has any insight it would be very much appreciated.
