I did not sleep last night, much work related stress. too much to the pointe my chest hurts and breathing is shallow. I have a cold and some times need to cough and it just hurts. The pain seems to be in my left upper breast and radiates to my back side. I can not get comfortable I can hardly sleep. I called to get in the doctor and the nurse said the Dr is on his way out of town and my problem sounds stress related. Which I agree it probably is. Any tips on how to get some rest and for me to get comfortable. Any comments much appreciated. email: [email protected]
