Hi there Anyone experiencing chest pain should get it checked out...but especially people with a cardiac history.

Valvular problems (murmurs and leaks) need to be monitored and regularly re-evaluated, as does a tachycardia like yours.

Go to your doctor today or straight to the ER if you have chest pain and/or your heart rate is 180 BPM.
