acid reflux and increased heart rate

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux, esophageal spasms and gastro errosion. This is all very painful. It awakens me at night with a very high heart rate. I have been to the ER twice and have been told my heart rate is due to anxiety. Now after I eat I have chest pain from the spasms along with pain( burning) in my left arm. I am very nervous about my heart rate. It sometimes reaches 130 but comes down after I walk around. My heart rate stays around 90 -112. I can't get in to seet he cardiologist until Jan. 23. Is this nnormal? Please respond.
