I've had a couple of light instances with the exact same pain, recently due to a bit of tendonitis ive been resting everything and not doing any exercise whatsoever, during this period i've had 2 "cases" of it, in exactly the same place , and had a slight tingling sensation down my left arm for a few minutes after. I can only assume that exercise does get rid of it seeing as i've never had the paiun before in my life, and im normally very active.
