I have a similiar type of pain in my chest. It's not always there, it's pretty mild. Sometimes it gets painful and sometimes i don't even feel it. I had a heart exam and they doctors said i was fine. It's been with me for over a year and i haven't got a clue what is causing it. Although if i massage the area it does feel better sometimes.
