Chest Pains

I'm 46 yrs old, I have sinus tachicradia (fast heart rate). I've had all the heart scans EKG's and ultrasound done. They all came back as normal. Blood test you name it. But still beats too fast. Some where between 115 to 130 and even higher at time. and that at a resting rate.

I get pains in my left side of my chest and aches in my left arm. The chest pains at times hurt like being stabed, real sharp like.

My doctor dosen't think there's much to worry about. BUt it concerning me a great deal lately.

Any advice or should I just live with it.
