I am a 24 year old female that has been experiencing chest pains on and off for three weeks. I am 5'1", 98lbs and my blood pressure is low. My first experience with chest pain occurred at rest and was severe and lasted 22minutes (pain radiated through left arm, left side of neck). I have not sought medical attention yet. Now I have a fullness in chest every other day that occurs at rest for over 30 minute intervals. Am I ignorant not to go to the ER despite the existence of chest pain (it occurs randomly)?
