Am currently living in Canada on a visitor/work visa. Therefor I have health coverage only in the States. Been having chest pains for the last ten days, but only in the evenings or wake up in the night with them. Will not allow me to return to sleep. Aspirin seems to help. Would you consider this a serious enough problem to travel 860 miles back to the States for some sort of work-up? Thanks for any advice in this direction.
