Right Sided Chest Pains

I woke up this morning with sharp, stabbing pains in my upper right chest area. I was sick last night with a weird headache and sore shoulders and neck. I have asthma and this morning when I woke up I took my inhailer because it was very hard to breath. It didn't help! Sitting and walking don't help. It feels like I can't take a big enough breath. In 1997 I had pericarditis and in 98/99 I had pleurisy. I'm only 26!! Yikes! The last I checked I had a pulse of 88 beats a minute. Can anyone give me some advice? Should I go in and get checked or should I wait and ride it out a little. Thanks!!!
