I just learned that ovarian cancer can mimic irritable bowel syndrome, and I am curious to know if feeling pregnant, full stomach feeling, enlarged breasts, sensitive breasts and nipples and acne should be of concern for things going on in my reproductive system since I had an hysterectomy 5 years ago, but still have one ovary and tube. I am very gassy, bloated and constipated to the point of being impacted this time. I am waitning for a gyn appt. Thanks
